Fairly clean, affordable hotel, I loved exceptionally clean rooms and polite staff. The location was marvellous and handy, at walking distance from a popular theme park. There were a mall and a supermarket around the property🙂

It's a stylish hotel in an ideal location, we would stay here again! The property is fairly clean, provides with well-equipped and brand-new rooms. The staff are friendly efficient and top-class and deserve a 3-star rating.

It was in the very central location to the international Airport. The staff were amazingly nice and pleasant all of the time.

The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The receptionist went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, making us feel welcome and valued. Additionally, the location was convenient, with Manukau Mall and other amenities within walking distance.

Nice and clean and central for the purpose of my visit. Doesn,t mean by my answers on question 2 that its not suitable for a lot of other activities. Have stayed before and enjoyed it.Good easy location.

Convenience to Manukau city-rainbows end and other event centers. Beds were comfortable-bathroom was clean.

Did not like the smell of chlorine or what ever cleaning product was used to cause the smell to linger. Could not air the room as arrived in the evening. Needed to close door and windows.

The hotel is modern and stylish with all you need for a very very good stay. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the top-class and helpful staff. The location is handy, just next door to Denny's and Valentine's restaurants and Manukau and other tourists attraction and malls and fun areas, we liked it. Overall good food, plus there is Bronco's Steak House close by.

We stayed during Thanksgiving, and the price was decent for the location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable enough for sleeping.

There were a lot of negatives. The room had a bit of a smell and the floors seemed old and dingy.

The room etc is average and if you want 5 star this is not it but what made it for me is the location to Manukau City Centre. It is a 10 minute walk. Also the staff was friendly and made sure that you felt welcomed. I would stay again.

The location suited us as it was close to facilities like Westfield and dining at night, there were a numbr of choices and everything was within walking distance. The security fence is a big plus as well. The motel is also very close tothe airport which suited us as we did not have a car and needed to use taxis

The bathrooms while clean still had mould around the doors in the shower, and as I have asthma this can be a problem in the winter and in the humid Auckland temperatures. The lighting in the room was not bright enough to have done any work at the table. Would be improved with a centre ceiling light.

Nice building, particularly good location just off Manukau fine, right off the motorway, and restaurants parks and fun parks. Spotless and brand-new room with coffee and a kettle for a good stay for one night...

Convenient location, comfy beds, friendly cleaning staff, ample parking, early check-in, stunning views from top level.

I like the availability of the kitchen utensils and cleanliness of the bathroom.

It's not something i don't like but the fan stand should have been fixed and maintained.

I do like the fact that it's upstairs and downstairs sleeping

The decor is a little old fashion and is in need of an update.

I had a great stay at this hotel, especially considering the convenient location to everything. Being able to easily access the Westfield mall, local food outlets, and supermarkets made my trip stress-free. Additionally, it was very handy to be so close to the airport and the motorway for traveling further afield. The hotel facilities were also excellent, including off-street parking and a lovely breakfast tray delivered to my room. the staff provided a top-notch experience and were very welcoming.

Cannot find any fault.
